Product Description
Government agencies, digital cinemas, and SMB organizations that need a reliable and versatile removable drive enclosure to store, transport, and protect their sensitive data rely on the Data Express® DE75 SAS/SATA 3G carrier and frame. This removable enclosure receives any capacity 3.5-inch SAS or SATA 3 Gbps hard drives.
Soft start circuitry increases data integrity by eliminating in-rush current during drive spin-up. The drive carrier is hot swappable with host support, so there is no need to power down to switch drives.
The removable carrier's docking connector is rated for over 25,000 insertions. Its rugged steel construction helps dissipate heat during operation, and protects the drive when outside of the computer.
