Product Description

Soft start circuitry and the anti-static device protection increase data integrity by eliminating in-rush current during spin-up and avoiding power arcing during insertion. This external drive carrier is hot swappable, so there is no need to power down the computer to switch drives.

The rugged steel construction of this removable enclosure dissipates heat and ensures the safety of your drives. 

DE100 IDE connectors that are tested and verified for over 25,000 insertions.
